During this fourth part we are working the topic "our city", including location, important, places, festivals, gastronomy... We are posting our city's power point in each one's blog.

Meeting in Tortosa

We finally held our meeting from the 16th to the 21st May in Tortosa. This has been our last meeting.

Meeting cancelled by the volcano

Third part of the project activities

The activities we are doing at the moment are:
- recording songs
- exchanging timetables
- describing and talking about our school
- exchanging emails

Second year activities

This is our second year of the project. We are working in two subjects: me and my school and my and my family. The first meeting is in Turkey and the second one in Spain

First year activities

We are already finishing the first year of the project. You can see some of the results of the activities already done in each school project blog: students' descriptions, hobbies survey, hobbies exposition, my family, my home, our festivities, happy birthday songs, grandparents visit schools, ... We have had a very busy school year!

Meeting in Finland

The third meeting of our project has been in Lempäala (Finland). There we have had the oportunity to visit the school and classes and to meet the school teachers. We also had some coordinators' meetings in order to set future activities and evaluate the ones already done.

Meeting in England

From the 2nd to the 6th of March we have had the second meeting of our project in London. There we've had the opportunity to visit the school and classrooms and to observe some lessons. We also had different meetings to decide the activities to be done and also to analyse the ones already done.

Second part of the project: me and my family

The second part of our project will last from February to June 2009. This part of the project is about the children's family. So, children will draw and describe both their families and their homes, so the rest of the children in the other countries can learn more things about other countries. We'll also work on the most important festivities celebrated within the family. ANd finally children from all the countries will leran the lyrics of Happy Birthday in all the languages of our Comenius.

Comenius meeting in Bari

Our first Comenius meeting was held from the 10th to the 14th November. Here you can see some pictures.

Project logo

We've already choosen a logo for our project. It's a picture made by a Finnish child. It really represent the real meaning of our project.

First part of the project

The first part of the project is called: me. In this part we will work on the students hobbies and also on their descriptions. We will also choose a logo for the project, among all the pictures done in the different participating schools.
